Peddinghaus Structural Steel Beam Drilling, Cutting and
Burning Line New 2007 The complete system is arranged with two separate entry conveyor systems, which utilize and share 4ea. 45’ entry loader stands. The first conveyor is 70 feet long and feeds the Peddinghaus 1270 Bandsaw s/n 17624. The saw includes laser line, chip conveyor and coolant spray and includes a Seimens Sinumerex Control. The saw system then immediately feeds the Peddinghaus BDL 1250 Drilling System s/n 63857. The BDL system includes the 9 spindle option, a signoscript marking feature and includes 15HP. The Peddinghaus BDL system then feeds an exiting conveyor system which is 65’ long. This exit conveyor system shares 4ea. 35’ exit unloader stands with the conveyor for the Peddinghaus ABCM 1250/3 Coper system s/n 63922. This Coper includes a torch tip package and has a Seimens Sinumerex Control. It is fed with an 85’ entry conveyor, which again shares the 45’ entry loader stands and the 35’ exit unloader stands with the saw and the drilling system. The material feed conveyor and handling system sandwiches (Item#5 Entry-outside of building and Exit conveyors and loaders-inside of building respectively) Item#1 1270 Bandsaw, Item #2 BDL 1250 Drilling Machine and Item#3 Torch cutter and responsible controllers are connected and in place. The Peddinghaus 823 C Anglemaster s/n 49844 unit with feed table and Seimens Sinumerex controller, are in the area next to the major system conveyors inside of the building. The Atlas Copco GA 18VSD-175 compressor, PD60 Filter, V240-200 AirTank, PSB25-300 Back Mount Gage and safety valve are outside of the building on the North side under a shelter roof. |
